iCal4 support added. Kontact remaining.

Radicale works with aCal, Evolution, iCal, iPhone, Kontact and Lightning. Tests are needed before releasing the final 0.6 version, and other clients may be supported in future versions, but we can safely close this bug when 0.6 is out.

I'd love a couple of hints for aCal. I've tried both 0.5 and git. While Lightning works fine, I can't get past "Could not discover principal path - using supplied values", with aCal. When I turn on debugging with radicale (git), I see 404s for current-user-principal. I'd gladly write up a paragraph or 2 on setup if I could get it working :)

As the documentation has been added for aCal, and all the issues open for iOS clients have been closed, I close this bug. For other clients, we may open another bug.
